Returned items that are faulty are entitled to a full reimbursement including postage costs. Please also include your original receipt. All returned items must be returned in the original packaging with labelling and tags attached. If you buy an item and it is damaged, doesn't fit or if you have simply changed your mind then please email us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange, issue a credit or refund you (please state your preference when you email for a returns number).
